Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the website at thebrainimage.ae. They are not the terms on which we supply the product. Those live in the agreement you sign if you become a customer.
The short version. This site describes a product. The numbers on it are estimates and examples, not promises. Sending us an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. The content belongs to us; other companies' names belong to them. UAE law applies.

2Accepting these terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
3What this site is
It describes The BrAIn: what the product does, what it connects to and what it costs to run a solar plant without it. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and specifications, features and supported equipment may change as the product develops.
4The figures on this site
This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is written plainly.
- The cleaning calculator produces an estimate, not a forecast. It takes the five numbers you type in and applies a simplified model of how soiling loss accumulates between washes. It does not know your roof, your tilt angle, your local dust, the season, whether it rained last week, or what your cleaning contractor actually charges. Its output is an order of magnitude to think with, not a figure to budget against.
- The default values are illustrative. The electricity price, daily output, cleaning cost and soiling rate that appear when the page loads are plausible starting points, not tariffs, not quotations and not measurements from any particular site. Nothing on this page is a DEWA, EtihadWE, AADC or SEWA figure.
- The alerts shown are made up. The messages on the home page, and the site names and readings inside them, are written examples of the kind of message the product sends. They are not real customer data and no real site or customer is identified.
- The dashboard shown is an illustration. The day curve, the export limit and the string readings in the header are drawn to show how the product presents information. They are not live data from any installation.
- We do not promise savings. Whether The BrAIn saves you money, and how much, depends on your plant, your tariff, your maintenance costs and how you act on what it tells you.
If you need figures you can rely on, ask us. We would rather work through your actual numbers with you than have you plan around a slider on a web page.
5Enquiries and quotations
Sending the contact form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, is an enquiry. It does not oblige us to supply anything and it does not oblige you to buy anything. A contract between us comes into existence only when a written quotation or agreement has been signed by both of us.
Please give us accurate information about your site. A quotation is only as good as what it is based on.
6Intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations, code and structure of this site belong to … or are used by us with permission. You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and share a link to it. You may not copy its content into your own material, republish it, or use it to train or evaluate an automated system, without our written permission.
GoodWe, Solis, Huawei, WhatsApp, Google and any other company or product names on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used only to say what the product works with or which service a link goes to. Their use does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.
7Using the site properly
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to anything not intended to be public, send automated traffic at a rate that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. Do not use the site for anything unlawful under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Countering Rumours and Cybercrimes.
8Links to other services
The WhatsApp buttons take you to a service operated by Meta Platforms. Once you follow a link away from this site, you are on someone else's terms and someone else's privacy policy. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.
9Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change it, move it or take it down at any time without notice.
10Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on any estimate, example or figure published on it, including loss of profit, loss of production, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability arising under the mandatory provisions of UAE consumer protection law.
11Your personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. What is stored on your device is set out in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
12Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
